  1. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  2. A: Three years ago I worked with the band that were new and up-and-coming and I recorded the first single. What I'm most proud of is the willingness for them to learn and listen and for me to gain more experience on their project. In the end the song really fit what they wanted to accomplish.

  3. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  4. A: Drums and dialing in drum sounds.

  5. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  6. A: I enjoy watching good drummers who keep a good pocket and who always leave the band without over playing. Simple is always better in my opinion.

  7. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  8. A: Most work I do involves rock pop Drum recordings. I always enjoy doing a variety of music.

  9. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  10. A: I am currently working on a church record for a big church in Montgomery Alabama.

  11. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  12. A: I promised her the client is to always be professional reliable understanding and helping in anyway I can.

  14. A: What are you looking for in a song. What's your expectations. What's your goal for the song or record. When is your deadline what's your budget?

  15. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  16. A: I've been playing drums for 19 years. I've traveled on the road for 10 years. I've been recording for eight years.

  17. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  18. A: Less is more

  19. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  20. A: Feel like I can bring a life and feel into the song rather than just playing Drum feels throughout the whole song I feel like I can keep the beat and make it sound Fuller.

  21. Q: What's your typical work process?

  22. A: Typical work process his first listening to the song establishing what it needs. Then I will go in play a couple tracks down listen back see what fits see what doesn't and then go back and make the final track.

  23. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  24. A: ProTools 12 003 rack, digimax FS8. Preamps - universal audio MK2, JDK, universal audio plug-ins. Microphones- D112, 421's, SM 57's, re: ribbon mics , Rhodes NT1A.
