Passionate engineer here, ! am looking to expand my audio folio and experience and will be extremely glad to work on your mix.

I graduate from SAE Paris audio engineering school in 1999, then work on several live event and touring with various band as sound engineer in my country before landing in japan.
Despite my work shifting from audio, I never left the audio production field and did some couple work here and here in game industry in that regards.
My purpose in being on this site is to be able to work in wide variety of genre song, create contact and good relationship with musicians and provide high quality work even for an all "In The Box" production process.

Guillaume performed the Sound Engineering on a track I wrote .. He did a fantastic job in bringing out all the individual sounds and nuances. He created a brilliant vocal sound. Not sure exactly how he did it - but the vocal sounds immense, especially the chorus.

Interview with Guillaume Letaeron

Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: My tip will be step back from tip and standard assumption...what work for some may not for you, and at the end that's your client opinion that matter.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: I would not maybe call this my strongest skill, but I do love work on voice a lot, sometimes adding extra vocal harmonies or even create them from lead vocal when there is no harmonies made to get a more full and rich voice.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I am trying to bring richness to it , focusing on getting element work together but also work on the overall dynamic of a song.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: From getting the stems, I usually listen to individual track to spot any issue during the recording ( click, noise, hum and such ) which I will clean up usually with Izotope tools. From there I am just starting to set my mix session in Protools and start balancing a dry mix, and progress from that, always referencing myself listening pro record or client reference song if any to do some A/B comparisons.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I would not call it really studio, more a bedroom one. All my mix work is done in the box, I mostly use ProTools in combination with Slate plugins for it analog modeled feel. I do not own super expansive gear nor speaker but I do know my environment and my speaker enough to work comfortably.
