Dan Price - DJ and Producer originating from Warsaw, Poland. His career as a DJ and Producer began in 2007, when Electronic Dance Music overtook his life. Dan’s style can be defined as energetic grooves in his productions; with a combination of different music genres featured in his DJ sets.

Dan States:

“Music connects people at a level of physicality and mentality – when we dance at a club – to just dance, or when we listen to songs at home, whilst thinking about something important. The music is only a pretext to act, to live our own lives. If I can give you my pretext to life, by making music for you – you have all of me completely.”

Dan Price has hundreds of hours spent on raising his music skills, giving him the opportunity to play in a top polish clubs, at many EDM events, along with support from many great artists. Dan takes pride in working with many artists and many labels from all around the world, without limitation. To-date Dan has released on Ensis Records, Digital Insomnia Groove, Simon Records and Betelgeuse Recordings and many more.

Dan also the Director of Global Control Radio. This gives you a chance to connect with his flagship music project. Each week on Dan’s podcast you can find the biggest sounds from the Electronic Dance Music (EDM) world, played by the biggest stars of the EDM scene, with their guest mixes. Until now, Dan had pleasure to host guys like: Avicii, Joachim Garraud, Marcel Woods, Sick Individuals, Chris Lake, Dave Aude and many more.

  1. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  2. A: Global Control Podcast - I'm the only Polish guy, who had Avicii as a guest on podcast. Amazing experience!

  3. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  4. A: Like always - EDM tune for a client :)

  8. A: Digital. Because I don't have analog :(

  20. A: I'm very, very flexible and soooo friendly :) I don't like talk only about music.

  21. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  24. A: 8 years. I played in many clubs, I had many stars on my podcast.

  30. A: Learn sound design - it's a key to everything.

  38. A: I don't habe typical work process. Sometimes I make simple drop, sometimes I make intro. Sometimes I make nothing haha

  39. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  40. A: Not big as I want!

  41. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  42. A: My inspirations is just music :)

  43. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  44. A: Most of work that I've done for my clients is ghost writing - I made a lot of EDM tracks in top EDM producers style.
