My name is Joe and I live in Volcano, Hawaii. I have been recording, mixing and mastering for over a decade now. I offer mobile recording/mixing/mastering services on the Big Island of Hawaii I also offer Remote Mixing and Mastering Worldwide.

After years of doing my own recording and my band going to many expensive studios, getting results we were not happy with. I decided to devote myself to learning the art of mixing and mastering so that I could offer these skills at affordable rates and of the highest quality.

Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I am currently finishing up the album for the band ElipTic.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I have been playing guitar, bass, drums and singing in bands for over 20 years. I write a lot of songs and recording was a way to put all my ideas down and work them out. Through this a recording engineer was born.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Gojira. There music is heavy with unique sound characters that lead to incredible recording adventures!

A: Heavy Rock

A: I use Pro Tools 12.5. Waves and Slate Digital plugins.

A: Andrew Scheps is a big influence on my mixing style.
