615 Recording Studio is a low cost, high quality studio located in Nashville, TN. We specialize in Engineering, Mixing, Producing, Editing, Tracking, Overdubs, Voice over Recording, Post-Production Services, and Audio-for-Video Services.

615 Recording Studio is owned and operated by Mike Corcoran. He also acts as the house engineer for the studio and all sessions recorded here. Deciding to take a more serious route for his Audio Engineering, Mike earned a degree from Daytona State College in Music Production Technology, which he graduated with honors. Shortly after college, Mike took another drastic step for his career and moved from the sunny beaches of Florida, to Music City in the middle of Tennessee. Everything found on the Soundcloud page was Recorded, Produced, Mixed, Mastered, or all of the above, by Mike.

  1. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  2. A: Although it was a small project, one of my recordings had ended up on the Nashville Songwriters Association's top 40 list on their website!

  3. Q: Analog or digital and why?

  4. A: A blend. The flexibility in digital is unparalleled, but the warmth and tone of analog just can't be beat!

  5. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  6. A: To fulfill the vision you have about your music, but also bring my own twist to it.

  7. Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

  8. A: What are you trying to accomplish with this project? From there, I can better judge if I'm the right fit for the project.

  9. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  10. A: I love working on all types of music, but the most common for me are Pop, Country, and Singer-Songwriter/

  11. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  12. A: A well suited control room, a small isolation booth, and a larger tracking room for drums and such.

  13. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  14. A: The most common work we have in Mixing, followed closely by tracking and recording songs, as well as producing.

Terms Of Service

Studio Engineer is included with price of studio. Revisions on mixing are limited at 2 per song. After 2, additional charges will apply. Typical turn around time is usually 30 days or less.
