Mixing & Mastering

Nash Overstreet on SoundBetter

I'll make your song sound great! Mixing can get expensive, and I can give you a great mix for much less than typical/comparable mixers you'll find. I mixed "Whatever, Whenever" - Ryan Cabrera, "President" & "Speak Up" - Sidnie Tipton, and the entire "A Chrisley Christmas" for Todd Chrisley & Friends. I'm also an artist/writer/producer

Some of the records I've mixed, that you can reference are "Come Back To California - Hot Chelle Rae, "Whatever, Whenever" - Ryan Cabrera, "President" & "Speak Up" - Sidnie Tipton, "High Maintainence" - John Oates(of Hall & Oates), and the entire "A Chrisley Christmas" for Todd Chrisley & Friends. I've been mixing my own demos for as long as I can remember, and started doing official mixes for artists two years ago.

Send me an email through 'Contact' button above and I'll get back to you asap.

Interview with Nash Overstreet

  1. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  2. A: I Produced and mixed Todd Chrisleys "a Chrisley Christmas". I worked with a ton of great artists on the project, and had a great time making the record.

  3. Q: Analog or digital and why?

  4. A: Digital. I can always recall exactly what was pulled up, and in most circumstances, everything is being played back on digital equipment.

  5. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  6. A: You'll be happy with your mix/song. And at my price point, it's going to be hard to beat anywhere.

  7. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  8. A: Pharrell Willliams. Seems like it'd be pure fun.

  9. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  10. A: Less is more

  13. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  14. A: Mixing

  15. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  16. A: I've got a really good handle on making everything sound big, and clear. Vocals will be clean and bright, and the drums will hit the way they need to.

  17. Q: What's your typical work process?

  18. A: Send me your raw stems(everything untreated, as individual wav files, with the same start point). I will put them into my system. send you an initial mix. If you have revisions or tweaks, I'll make those happen, and then send you master, and within a short turnaround time.

  19. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  20. A: I've got an isolated, sound proof, treated room in my own studio. KRK VXT 8s, w a sub, and ADAM A7X speakers

  22. A: Manny Marroquín, Tony Maserati, Serban Ghenea
