Need lyrics, lyric melody written and vocals recorded for one hip-hop song

I've created a basic production for a hip-hop song in the general style of Netherlands-based artists 'ChildsPlay' and 'Dopebwoy'. I am looking to get the lyrics and lyric melody written, as well as the vocals recorded. Ideally, the lyrics should be in English, but open to other languages. I've attached the latest version of the track.

I'd like to use your name as the vocalist. I need help writing both lyrics and a vocal melody. The song will be released commercially. I'm looking for a male singer. I'm hoping to find a good singer who can work with my limited budget. I don't have a hard deadline for this. I need all the vocals recorded (lead vocals, harmonies, stacks, ad libs).
