Refinement

I need some help sorting out the bass and the drums for this track. Any guidance would be appreciated! :)

Additional info:
I'll need you to master it too if possible. . The song has less than 10 tracks recorded that need mixing. I need the mixer to do some editing, time aligning and vocal tuning before mixing. I'm hoping to find a good mixer that can work with my limited budget. I don't have a hard deadline for this.
