Female vocalist required

I've got my initial idea for a deep house/techno with a breakbeat twist down and exploring the idea of inserting some dreamy female vocals. I've attached an mp3 version (not finished mix as will need to shape everything around vocal). I also ideally would like to remove the vocal FX i currently have in there. Looking for a songwriter and singer to compliment this track. I have another unfinished track i'm also looking for vocals for, much deeper, so potential for additional work.

Additional info:
I need all the vocals recorded (lead vocals, harmonies, stacks, ad libs). The song will be released commercially. I don't need to use your name - you can be uncredited. I need help writing both lyrics and a vocal melody. I'm looking for a female singer. I'm hoping to find a good singer who can work with my limited budget. I don't have a hard deadline for this.
