Mixing and mastering needed for 1 song

Looking for both mixing and mastering for a song called 'Isolation' - super simple with 2-4 tracks (including the instrumental). The instrumental is polished - it's a royalty free professionally done song which I wrote lyrics to and sang a melody over. Length of song is 1:45. Style is 'beautiful and haunting', synth pop genre - think Ruelle / Fleurie. ...sooo reverb is good. :) Looking forward to your proposals. Thank you!

I need the vocals tuned as well. I don't have a hard deadline for this. I'll need you to master it too if possible. I'm hoping to find a good mixer that can work with my limited budget. The song has less than 10 tracks recorded that need mixing.
