Need a new single mixed

I don't have a hard deadline for this. I need the mixer to do some editing, time aligning and vocal tuning before mixing. I'm hoping to find a good mixer that can work with my limited budget. The song is fully recorded. I just need mixing and mastering.. . I'll need you to master it too if possible.
