Need 1 song produced

I am looking for a person who can create a School Anthem for my Pre-School . I want the lyrics to be written,song to be composed and produced and recorded in a soothing yet interesting voice for promoting the brand value of my Pre school.

Additional info:
I'd like you to also mix and master if possible. I'm hoping to find a good producer that'll work with my limited budget. I'm looking for someone to record some additional sound effects, short drum loops, or other production elements. . I need someone to help with the entire song-making process - writing, arrangement, creating background music/beat, other instrumentation, mixing and mastering. I need some help with songwriting as well. I'd like you to record vocals as well. I don't have a hard deadline for this. I'm an independent artist not affiliated with a record label.
