Need 2 entire albums to be produced.. roughly 16 songs. Pop genre. Songs have been written but musical arrangements need to be produced.

Proposed project for Saudi Vision 2030. Attempting to create two pop albums (English) one male recording artist, the second female. Have lyrics and melodies, for each song, but each song would need total musical production. Total of approx. 16 songs, eight for male artist, eight for female artist. Financial backing to come from General Authority for Entertainment, Saudi Arabia and Saudi investors. what I need to know roughly, what are the cost estimates for two complete albums and the time frame. hopefully to begin projects in 2020.
