Need vocal and topline for a reggaeton track

I'm currently producing a track within the reggaeton genre (Loco Contigo) and I'm searching for a vocalist who can create a topline and sing just like in Loco Contigo by DJ Snake. The plan is for release on a label and I've got a few offers already.

Additional info:
I need all the vocals recorded (lead vocals, harmonies, stacks, ad libs). I need the vocals tuned as well. I'll need you to master it too if possible. I'm looking to hire a top pro who's worked on hit songs, and have the budget for that. I don't have a hard deadline for this. .
