Arrangements, mix and mastering.

I have a 4 songs projects that already recorded but not satisfied with the arrangements and vocal. So would like to work on those songs and make them better then mix and master them professionally. I have my time no rush

Additional info:
I'm looking to hire a top pro who's worked on hit songs, and have the budget for that. I need the mixer to do some editing, time aligning and vocal tuning before mixing. The song has less than 10 tracks recorded that need mixing. I'm going to hire a different mastering engineer. I don't have a hard deadline for this. .
