Franco Dingevan

Music Producer & Songwriter

Franco Dingevan on SoundBetter

Songs, Film Soundtracks & an Orchestral Album were born straight from my very humble home-studio! My most popular theme song is "Judgement Day" and, with a length of 13 minutes, counts with +70k views on YouTube! My name's Franco and I will do anything to bring your song to life ✨

You know those videos of artists with their producers on a studio? Well, I aim to be TO YOU what Finneas is to Billie Eilish, what Jack Antonoff is to Taylor Swift & what Bizarrap is to a lot of other artists!
Starting on 2017, being an indie artist & on film college helped me develop my producing, mixing & mastering skills beyond I ever thought. Making music for short films, thesis films, directing a musical short film, writing & producing my own songs were also a huge step to acquire a strong flexibility for following any creative direction.

WHAT I'LL DO:
I will follow your creative direction. I produce ALL genres & will provide music that fully matches your artistic vision.
- I thoroughly produce songs from scratch; from songwriting to mastering.
- I arrange vocals.
- I remix songs.
- I arrange full soundtracks for any audiovisual production.

HOW I WORK:
Since song-making is usually a very personal matter, I keep close contact with clients to understand what their song wants to convey. I also send daily updates to ensure the music is sounding great to them & to work on revisions! Same with film directors and their soundtracks ✨👀

EXTRA:
I'm a really passionate & productive musician, so working with me is fun, easy and as professional as I can be lol

Note: I only work REMOTE and I DON'T SING. Vocals will be provided by customers.

Interview with Franco Dingevan

  1. Q: Analog or digital and why?

  2. A: I mainly use digital because I can't afford to buy analog devices. But I think a mix of both would be the best choice.

  3. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  4. A: I don't know... everything? Every time I get with friends to make music, I'm just involuntarily smiling. I might talk to friends at like 3am to send them a song I've been working on just because I get too excited making music and I NEED someone to share it with lmao

  5. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  6. A: I started doing music for Undertale fan-projects 💀💀 I made my own webseries and, since I needed music and nobody would do it for free, I figured then I should make it. It all started in 2017, but as time went on, I became more passionate about it. Everything I know is self-taught.

  7. Q: How would you describe your style?

  8. A: Extreme. It's either extremely dark, extremely sad, extremely melodic or extremely happy. Like, my discography doesn't have gray areas for some reason.

  9. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  10. A: Anyone who wants to convey a strong feeling, a strong message or simply tell a story through music. But if we're talking like DREAM COLLAB, I'd say Taylor Swift, 'cus i LOVE her, or Conan Gray, 'cus I think we'd really hit it off.

  11. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  12. A: Experiment and be crazy. That will make you stand out from everybody else. Also have fun lol

  13. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  14. A: I love making dark synth music because that's when ideas come up faster, but lately I've been experimenting a lot with my guitar and what I can achieve with it. So right now I'm in the middle of doing like alternative synthpop and full-on indie alternative.

  15. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  16. A: There's this thing I get pointed out a lot: when I play with sound effects / foley to create smooth transitions or add feeling to my songs. Usually people really like how I incorporate those into my music and don't hesitate in telling me so 🥹🩷

  17. Q: What's your typical work process?

  18. A: I write down a song, produce the instrumental and then spend an eternity to find a singer 💀

  19. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  20. A: Lately, I've been finding a lot of comfort and inspiration in Conan Gray's and Lana Del Rey's music.
