  1. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  2. A: I am band manager/ lead guitarist of the band Sangre Gitana and I can say I am very proud that we have been doing it for 25 plus years but have not forgotten about what's important..(family first).

  3. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  4. A: Many snyc and tv placement artists.

  5. Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?

  6. A: No...not yet.

  7. Q: Analog or digital and why?

  8. A: Both, each has its specific perks.

  9. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  10. A: I will work with you until you are happy.

  11. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  12. A: The freedom to create.

  13. Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

  14. A: Can you teach me how to play guitar? I say, yes but it takes both the teacher and the student. Practice, practice, practice.

  15. Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

  16. A: I am perfect at everything, no...no I'm not.

  18. A: Have long have your been doing this?

  20. A: You won't be disappointed, you'll love the new sound.

  21. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  22. A: Flamenco Guitar, Humidi Case, Pack of strings, Guitar Strap and Lyric reader.

  23. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  24. A: Looking to make it big but at the same time having more family time. I have been doing this for over 25 years.

  25. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  26. A: I add latin backgrounds to most tracks and flamenco pop sounds with real flamenco guitars.

  27. Q: How would you describe your style?

  28. A: Unique and fresh.

  29. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  30. A: Gipsy Kings, I always wanted the chance to offer my talents and rhythms to their lyrics.

  31. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  32. A: Practice, Practice, Practice!!

  33. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  34. A: Any and all. Music is my life.

  35. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  36. A: My strongest skill is my ear and it applies to my 26 years of playing guitar both in Studio Sessions and live performances.

  38. A: Originality and innovations with a kick.

  39. Q: What's your typical work process?

  40. A: Currently working on some Sync music collabs on pop, rock and Latin feel style.

  41. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  42. A: Simple home studio working with Tracktion (waveform).

  43. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  44. A: I love the sound of the Gipsy Kings and their world music feel. I also have a strong passion for classic rock like the 80's hair bands. Country I live in the old and greats like Garth Brooks, Randy Travis, George Strait and Dwight Yoakam.
