Whats up!! Im Shane Bauman and I produce under the name "Sheux-Bear". I have produced music for about 11 years. My current emphasis is commercial/mainstream music. I have been working professionally in the following areas: Producer, Mix Engineer, Recording Engineer, Mastering Engineer, Vocal Tuning Editing Comping, Programming, and songwriting.

Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: There have been far to many. Ask me and Ill show you some.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: Tons of records and it will always be different by the time anyone reads this so just ask.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Both. This fight between analog and digital is stupid. We live in a modern world use the resources you have to make great music or slow your self down by complaining.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: You will have the best sounding product in your arsenal when we finish.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: For me this isn't a job, it is my life. People just started paying me for it a while back and haven't stopped.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: Rates. I usually give them my rates.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: My biggest is people call me the EDM guy because recently Ive done loads of dope EDM stuff. But I have produced almost every genre out there.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: I like to know what the expectations are, what the timeline is, and how dedicated they are to their craft.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Don't settle for bullshit mixing. If your going to hire a mixer hire someone who will take your music to the next level.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: easy...my lap top, speakers, subs with amps, monitor, interface and mic.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: Producing, Engineering, Writing. about 11 years professionally for 3.

A: Edgy.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Ariana Grande. Her voice is incredible.

A: Be dope...lol

A: Modern edge, technicality and vibe.

A: Writing, produce track, record artist, make artist dope. Finish mix and mastering. lol
