  1. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  2. A: I am especially proud of project I did for the Houston Sports Awards. I am proud of it because I had no idea about the scope of the entire project. I created a custom song for a Nba basketball Hall of Fame player and flew out to perform the song in front of a television audience.

  3. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  4. A: I am working on building a catalog of beats produced by me and working on my own personal album.

  5. Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?

  6. A: As of right now, I do not know anyone because of Soundbetter.

  7. Q: Analog or digital and why?

  8. A: Analog because there is a difference. Sonically, the sound is typically more warm and full with analog.

  9. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  10. A: My promise to my clients is to work to the best of my ability and that I won't be unavailable to criticism and feedback.

  11. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  12. A: I work my own hours and I always love doing my job.

  13. Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

  14. A: Customers commonly ask me if the works recorded by me may be distributed commercially. The answer is, yes.

  15. Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

  16. A: The biggest misconception about what I do is that I can't make an honest living from working on music 100%

  17. Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

  18. A: Do you have a vocal demo? (if lyrics are provided) How soon do you need it back?

  19. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  20. A: My advice is have your vision before you seek out the talent. Buyers and sellers both like confidence. It helps the project go more smoothly when we can both trust each as we work together.

  21. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  22. A: Acoustic Guitar, Piano, Pen and Pad, Drums, Recorder

  29. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  30. A: Take the time to learn the theory behind what you are doing but always trust your ears.

  35. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  36. A: I bring clean lyrics and the ability adapt my rapping style to music from any genre. Vocally, I bring a deep male voice and great breath control. My recordings are clean to ensure engineers don't have to do unnecessary work when mixing my files into their project.

  38. A: My typical work process is to answer and questions or concerns my client may have about the project before booking.
