Nora on SoundBetter

Not a copycat my sounds are different with genuine feel. I'm still new around here but I've got a lot to offer.

Hey there,

My name is Nora and I am a vocalist songwriter and lyricist. I come from a professional singers' lineage. The track I've got on here combines demos of songs I produced, wrote and sang. I am flexible when it comes to your needs. I love to experiment with music, in fact I am also searching for talented and creative artists to write with. I always welcome new ideas.

I can sing any genre but I usually prioritize electric pop and electronic music.

I mainly work on FL studio and my preferred plugin is Omnisphere 2.

Would love to hear from you. Click the contact button above to get in touch.

4th Song with Nour and each song has been on a consistently high level, and with the 4 songs completed so far Nour has developed her own unique sound in the production, melody writing, lyrics and vocal performance. A tough thing to achieve when self-producing and I respect that a lot. Great to collaborate with too 5/5

Interview with Nora

  1. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  2. A: I like the uncertainty and vast choices. Music is infinite and within it lie great possibilities, I like to grab them.

  3. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  4. A: Take a leap of faith and try something new. There is no harm in reaching out and payment doesn't have to be upfront . I can share some ideas with you first and if you like them we can move forward. No strings attached.

  5. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  6. A: I started writing when I was 14. I am self-taught even though I come from a musical background. My aim was never money, it was writing for the pleasure and satisfaction of doing it and that is how I progressed and still do.

  7. Q: How would you describe your style?

  8. A: I would say that my style is deep, dark and intense no matter the tempo. I like to keep people on edge and add variations in one song then pull everything back together.

  9. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  10. A: I usually work on electronic music be it pop or EDM. When it comes to EDM I usually receive a track with drums and few instrumentals that I build on. I do so depending on what the song needs (melody, vocals, arrangement, new synths). However, if I am working on a pop song I usually create the entire song and perfect the arrangement with the artist I am working with.

  11. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  12. A: Aside from vocals melodies are my strongest skill. With that said I can come up with different melodies vocals or instrumentals for the same piece and share the best ones with you. On the other hand, lyrics are very important to me and I take my time writing them. Even if the words are repetitive they have to have meaning within an entire rich context.
