I have played Lollapalooza, Bumbershoot Festival, and recently off a national tour with Jagwar Twin and Avril Lavigne. I have endorsements with Big Fat Snare Drum, JH Audio, and Drum Dots.

  2. A: My promise to my clients is that I'll be able to get them quality tracks within 24 hours.

  3. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  4. A: What I like most about my job is being able to play drums, contributing to people's music, and hearing a song come to life by providing what they need.

  5. Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

  6. A: The questions customers most commonly ask me are: -What's your rate? $70 per song -How fast can you get the stems in by? 24 hours -Can you play the parts in this style/way? Yes

  7. Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

  8. A: The questions I ask prospective clients are: -Can it be done in Logic Pro? -Do you have reference tracks for drums? -Can I hear the song? -Could you please send the session and indicate the BPM?

  9. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  10. A: My advice is to a customer is to know what they want and be straightforward about their project needs, while also trusting in my ability to get it done.

  11. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  12. A: If I was on a desert island, I would take my Macbook, audio interface, Roland SPD, speakers, and drum sticks.

  13. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  14. A: I have been playing drums for over 14 years. My career path is to be a full time session and touring musician.

  15. Q: How would you describe your style?

  16. A: I would describe my style as clean, precise, and tasteful.

  17. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  18. A: The artist I would like to work with is Harry Styles because he has great taste and drum production. I feel like it would be fun to play a live show with him.

  19. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  20. A: My one music production tip is it's not about how loud you play the drums when you're recording, it's about getting a great sound out of your drums.

  21. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  22. A: The type of music I usually work on are pop songs.

  23. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  24. A: My strongest skill is time and groove.

  25. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  26. A: I bring to a song a great feel, accurate time, and tasteful rhythmic ideas.

  27. Q: What's your typical work process?

  28. A: My typical work process is to listen to the song, composition, or project multiple times first. Then I go into the studio and do a few practice runs to develop ideas, then I start recording. Once I'm confident I have the best takes, I bounce out stems shortly thereafter.

  29. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  30. A: My studio set up is a 5-piece Tama Starclassic Maple Drum Set with a hi hat, 5 crash cymbals (including a ride), 2 rack toms, one floor tom, and 8 microphones - 2 over heads, 1 snare, 1 rack, 2 floor, 1 kick, and an additional microphone for any other element that may be needed.

  31. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  32. A: Other professional musicians who inspire me are Nate Smith, Dave Dicenso, and Aaron Spears. But, at the end of the day, my peers keep me inspired, motivated and humble.

  33. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  34. A: The most common type of work I do for my clients is record live drums for their songs, compositions, or other musical projects.
