Prachurjya Kashyap, better known by his stage name Xenokrypt, is a young Indian electronic musician and Dj born in 29th January 1999 . He is best associated with the dubstep, Trap, Future Bass, Bass House genres. In contrast to the complexity of his music & sound design, has been known to compose and record on a fairly minimal and portable studio setup, centered around a Asus VivoBook and Ableton Live software. He established his own record label known as "Flash Beam Records" in 2019.

Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: "Xenokrypt - Orchestral Symphony". Its my first experimental orchestral track. I m proud of it because I think its the first orchestral track in which it has an unique electronic drop and people loves it.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: Working on my own single (Coming Soon!!!)
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: No... I DONT!!!
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: As far as I know that analog gives you the best, but I dont know how to use them properly. So, according to my opinion for producers like me i would like to prefer only digital products because analogs are costed and its too hard to get with them outside.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I would like to promise them that I will provide the finest products that I make.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: People get impressed by my products, and I love that.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: Customer: How much time would you like to take Sir!! Me: It depends on the product.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: It depends on the clients but one thing I would like to ask them whether they were satisfied with my products
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: I would like advice them to build a good business relationship with them.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: My Phone, My laptop, Headphones (with assesories), wifi (if possible), Water bottle.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I have been in this business since 2014.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Its my style "Xenokrypt's Style"
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Skrillex, because he has been my inspiration.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Yes!!! Resonating Eq frequencies make tonal effects and this makes sound metallic, that's what I do.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Dubstep, Trap, Bass house, Future Bass
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Its my own sound designs
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: It depends on the genres; in case of dubstep i make it brutal on the other hand in case of chill music i make people emotional!!
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I spend hours working on each every sounds to make it perfect.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: Nothing special; I have Asus Vivobook laptop, bunch of headphones and a maudio sound card. By the way i love my portable studio.
